Orders & Shipping
Complimentary ground shipping is included on all orders of $150 or more.
Orders are processed during business days, Monday through Friday, and typically ship within 24–72 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, ground delivery arrives within 5–8 business days.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at info@maritzamarie.comprior to placing your order to confirm availability. Expedited delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional $25, pending confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges
At Maritza Marie, fit is as much a feeling as it is a measurement.
Because our designs follow European sizing, we understand that finding the right fit may require a second step. To make your experience seamless, we are pleased to offer a one-time complimentary exchange on your first order.
For ease, one return shipping label is provided with each order.
Exchanges A complimentary exchange may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the shoes are unworn, free of marks or damage, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the same conditions as exchanges. Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
