Orders are processed during business days, Monday through Friday, and typically ship within 24–72 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, ground delivery arrives within 5–8 business days.

Exchanges
A complimentary exchange may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the shoes are unworn, free of marks or damage, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the same conditions as exchanges. Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
